Recipe of Authentic Mexican Salsa


  • 3 large diced Tomatoes
  • 1 diced medium sized Onion
  • 1/4 bunch of Cilantro (use more or less depending on your taste)
  •  1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 jalapenos (or more if you prefer it hotter)
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce

Wash tomatoes and cilantro.
Dice tomatoes and onions.
Chop cilantro, jalapenos, avocado and cucumber.
Put ingredients in a bowl.
Add salt and garlic.
Then add Tabasco and juice of half a lemon. 
Mix it up and serve.
