Ingredients
- 8-9 sliced Mushroom
- 2-3 chopped Spinach leaves
- 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
- 20-25 piece of Cheese Ravioli
- 2 tbsp Pesto sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- Add ravioli in boiling water and boil them for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Saute mince garlic in the oil for 1-2 minutes.
- Add mushroom and spinach leave and saute this for another 2-3 minute
- Add salt and pepper and saute this for 1-2 minutes
- Then add pesto and mix it well.
- Put cream in the sauce and mix it.
- Now put freshly boiled ravioli in the sauce.
- Mix this with a light hand since raviolis are tender and soft.
- Now your ravioli pasta is ready to eat
- Put ravioli in a nice platter and garnish this with fresh basil and Parmesan.
