Ingredients
- 800gm Prawn
- 3-4 tbsp Plain flour
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Gram masala
- 1 tsp Red Chilly powder
- Salt according to taste
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Oil for frying
Method
- Clean and wash the prawns.
- Heat oil in wok for deep frying.
- Add all the ingredients except prawn in a bowl.
- Make a thick paste of all the ingredients by adding little water.
- Now marinate prawn in this paste for 1-2 hour.
- Then deep fry them for 2-3 minute and take it out
- Now again deep fry them till they crispy and golden.
- Serve them hot with sauce of your own choice.
