Recipe of Golden Fried Prawn

  • 800gm Prawn
  • 3-4 tbsp Plain flour
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Gram masala
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly powder
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Oil for frying
  1. Clean and wash the prawns.
  2. Heat oil in wok for deep frying.
  3. Add all the ingredients except prawn in a bowl.
  4. Make a thick paste of all the ingredients by adding little water.
  5. Now marinate prawn in this paste for 1-2 hour.
  6. Then deep fry them for 2-3 minute and take it out
  7. Now again deep fry them till they crispy and golden.
  8. Serve them hot with sauce of your own choice.
