- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp green chilies
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup green capsicum, sliced
- 10gm zucchini, thinly sliced
- 10gm broccoli
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 10gm baby corn, sliced
- 2 tbsp white sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
- Heat oil in wok.
- Add garlic paste, cumin seeds and green chilies. Saute this for 2 minutes.
- Add onion and mushroom and saute this till mushroom get tender.
- Add red and yellow bell pepper and green capsicum.
- Blanch zucchini , broccoli and baby corn in hot water.
- Add this blanch vegetables in the wok.
- In a separate pan saute tomato puree with salt for 2-3 minutes.
- Add this tomato masala in wok.
- Add white sauce and oregano.
- Serve this hot.
