- 1 cup rava
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1/2 tbsp peas
- 1 tsp rai
- 1/2 tsp channa dal
- 1/2 tsp split urad dal
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- 6-7 curry leaves
- 2 dry red chilies
- Heat oil in a wok and add rai, dry red chilies, channa dal and urad dal.
- When rai start splitting then add chopped onion and curry leaves in the wok.
- Now fry this till onion turn light brown.
- Add peanuts and rava in the wok and saute this till rava turn light brown.
- once rava turn brown then add peas salt and water.
- Keep stirring this till rava absorb all the water.
- Serve this hot
