Ingredients For Papri
- 1 kg All purpose flour(maida)
- 200 gm Ghee
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sooji(rava)
- Oil for Frying
- Water according to requirement
Method
- Mix sooji ,flour and ghee properly.
- Then add water in this mixture and make a tight dough.
- Now give rest to this dough for 30 min.
- Now heat oil for frying but oil should not be very hot otherwise your papri will be crisp from outside and tender from inside.
- After 30 min on a flat surface make a big roti of this dough and cut this roti in stripes and then cut triangles out from the stripes.
- Fry these triangles on medium flame till they turn into light brown in colour.
- Your papris are ready you can store them for 1-2 month in air tight containers.
- Serve this with chutney of your choice.
