Ingredients for Kofta
- Paneer 150gms
- khoya 50gms
- Boiled Mashed Potatoes 2-3
- Bread slice 2-3
- Chopped coriander 2 tablespoon
- chopped cashew 2 tablespoon
- salt according to taste
- Fine chopped green chilly 2-3
- kasoori methi 2-3 teaspoon
Ingredients For Gravy
- Onion paste 1 tablespoon
- Ginger 1inch
- Garlic 4-5
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Refined oil 2 table spoon
- Khoya ½ cup
- Cream ¾ cup
- Garam masala 1 teaspoon
- Red chilly powder ½ teaspoon
- Salt
- Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Kaju paste 1 tablespoon
Method
- In a big bowl mix together all the ingredients.
- Take a ping-pong ball sized dough in hand.
- Heat oil in wok and deep fry these balls on medium heat.
- Drain them on absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Take 2 tablespoon oil again in different pan. Saute onion ginger garlic paste and sauté till onion get brown
- Then put tomato puree into this and all dry masala
- After that put khoya and saute khoya in masala for 2 more min. Put kaju paste in this masala and sauté again for 1 min
- Then put cream in this preparation and make this for 1-2 min. After that put 1 cup of water
- Then put paneer koftas in this masala and mix it well
- Make this for 3-4 min on slow gas
- Garnish this with fresh green coriander
