Recipe of Yummy Pasta in White Sauce

Serves 3-4 person
  • 250gm Pasta
  • 2 tbsp  oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tsp chopped Garlic
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly Flakes
For white Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Processed cheese, grate
  • 2 cups + as required  Milk
  • 1tsp Maida(all purpose flour)
  • 2tsp Butter
  1. Boil water in a non-stick deep pan with salt and one tablespoon oil.
  2. Add all the pastas and cook till soft but firm. Drain and keep aside.
  3. For white sauce heat two tablespoons butter or oil in a non-stick pan. Add the maida and sauté lightly. 
  4. Add the milk, gradually, stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed. Keeping aside two tablespoons of grated cheese and add the rest to the sauce and continue to stir.
  5. After adding cheese the sauce will thicken further, so add more milk to adjust the consistency.
  6. Add salt, white pepper powder and mix well.
  7. In a separate wok take oil and saute garlic and onion till onion turn pink in color.
  8. Add tomato  in the wok and saute this on slow flame for 10 mins.
  9. Add white sauce in this and mix well.
  10. Add boiled pasta in white  sauce.
  11. Add oregano and chilly flakes.
  12. Serve hot with toasted bread of your own choice.
