Recipe of Mathura ke Pede

Serves 3-4
  • 21/2 cup khoya
  • 21/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1-2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 8-10 cardamon (powder)
  1. Heat ghee in any heavy bottom pan
  2. Add khoya in this and saute on medium flame till khoya turn into brown color.
  3. Now keep this aside  till hot khoya cool down.
  4. Now add sugar and cardamon powder in this khoya.
  5. Make small balls of this mixture and coat this one more time with dry sugar powder.


Lots of great looking dishes here! I can't keep up with all the dishes I want to make...there's always so many good ones :)
