Recipe of Kuttu ke Pakore

Serves 3-4
  • 1 Boiled Mashed Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Kuttu Ka Atta
  • 1 Chopped Green Chilies
  • Salt according to taste
  • Oil for Frying
  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Mix all the ingredients and make dough out of this ( avoid using water  in this dough).
  3. Take little bit of oil in your hands and make small cutlets of this dough.
  4. Fry these cutlets in hot oil
  5. Serve them hot with curd or chutney of your choice.
