Recipe of Chicken Tikka

Serves 3-4
1 Kg Boneless Chicken
To Marinade:
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 2 tsp Chaat powder Salt to taste
  • Red chili Powder to taste
  • 1/4 Tsp Gram Masala Powder
  1. Wash chicken proper and keep aside for dry (There should be no moisture in the chicken.
  2. Mix all ingredients for marinade.
  3. Add chicken in marination and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Preheat oven on 180 c.
  5. Now brush this chicken with oil.
  6. Put this chicken in oven for half an hour on same temperature, turn upside down after twenty minutes.
  7. Now take out chicken from oven Garnish with coriander and lemon slices sprinkle some chat masala.
  8. Serve tandoori chicken tikka hot with hari chutney.
