Benefits and Recipe of Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe Vera juice has widely been known as an adaptive solution due to its ability to adapt to the human body without any side effects. Ingredients
  • 100 ml Fresh Aloe Vera juice 
  • 1 glass of juice of your own choice 
  • Strainer 
  • Blender 
  • Ice cube 
Method 

1. Put Aloe Vera juice into blender with 1/4 to 1/3 cup of juice. 
2. Blend for about 30 to 60 seconds and pour into glass.
3. Strain the juice with strainer and mix it with ice.
