Recipe Of Spinch And Mushroom Ravioli


Ingredients
  • 8-9 sliced Mushroom
  • 2-3 chopped Spinach leaves
  • 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
  • 20-25 piece of Cheese Ravioli
  • 2 tbsp Pesto sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
Method
  1. Add ravioli in boiling water and boil them for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  3. Saute mince garlic in the oil for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add mushroom and spinach leave and saute this for another 2-3 minute
  5. Add salt and pepper and saute this for 1-2 minutes
  6. Then add pesto and mix it well.
  7. Put cream in the sauce and mix it.
  8. Now put freshly boiled ravioli in the sauce.
  9. Mix this with a light hand since raviolis are tender and soft.
  10. Now your ravioli pasta is ready to eat
  11. Put ravioli in a nice platter and garnish this with fresh basil and Parmesan.
