Recipe of Vegetable Spring Rolls

Ingredients
  • 4-5 Spring rolls pastry
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 1 cup green onion
  • 1 cup Rice noodles
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Mince Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Cut all the vegetables length wise.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in wok.
  3. Put soy sauce, garlic, sesame seed and ginger.
  4. Then add green onion, stir this well. Let the onion cooked
  5. Add all the vegetables and noodles in  the wok.
  6. Stir them well. Don't over cook the vegetables.
  7. This is your spring roll filling keep it aside.
  8. Add water to plain flour and make a smooth paste.
  9. Microwave this paste for 10 sec
  10. Now take one pastry at a time and keep them in diamond shape in a plate.
  11. Put 1 Tbsp of  filling mixture length wise in the corner of the sheet and start rolling.
  12. After reaching the middle of the pastry tuck in the corners and start rolling again.
  13. Seal the corner with plain flour paste.
  14. Deep fry spring rolls in the hot oil till crispy and golden brown.
  15. Serve them hot with sauce of your own choice.
