Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 tsp Clove Powder
- 1 tsp Apple Cedar Vinegar
- 2 Puff Pastry sheets
- Oil for frying
- Peel the apple and cut it in cubes
- Take a pot and put it on gas stove
- Put all the apple straight into the pot.
- Turn on the heat to medium and add Cinnamon, clove powder, pinch of sugar and vinegar to the apple.
- Cook this for 7-8 minute on low to medium heat.
- Turn off the gas and let it cool for 1/2 an hour.
- Take 2 puff pastry and cut it 8 equal sizes.
- Now spread the apple mixture on 1 piece and cover this with another piece
- Seal the edges of the pastry. Prepare the rest of the pastry in same manner.
- Refrigerate this for 1-2 hours.
- Now deep fry them in hot oil till crispy and golden brown.
- Serve this hot.
