Recipe of Paneer shimla mirchi curry

Serve 3-4 persons

Ingredients
  • 2 onion
  • 1 -2 tomato
  • 1 cup capsicum(diced)
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp garm masala
  • 250 gm cottage cheese
  • 1 cup milk
Method
  1. Heat oil in non stick pan.
  2. Make a paste of onion and tomato together in the blender.Saute this paste in the pan for 3-4 min
  3. Add all the dry spices except salt and saute them for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add capsicum in the pan and saute this again for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Now add cottage cheese and mix it well.
  6. Now add milk and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add salt just before turning off the gas and mix it well.
  8. Garnish this with chopped coriander leaves.
