Recipe of Rava Upma

Serves 3-4
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rava
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp peas
  • 1 tsp rai
  • 1/2 tsp channa dal
  • 1/2 tsp split urad dal
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • 2 dry red chilies
Method
  1. Heat oil in a wok and add rai, dry red chilies, channa dal and urad dal.
  2. When rai start splitting then add chopped onion and curry leaves in the wok.
  3. Now fry this till onion turn light brown.
  4. Add peanuts and rava in the wok and saute this till rava turn light brown.
  5. once rava turn brown then add peas salt and water.
  6. Keep stirring this till rava absorb all the water.
  7. Serve this hot
Note:You can add as many vegetables as you like.
