Recipe Of Kheer

Its an Indian rice pudding. Simple and easy to make and delicious in taste.
Serves 3-4
Ingredients

  • 1 lit Milk
  • 1/2 Glass Rice
  • 200gm condense milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamon powder
  • 1/2 cup Mix Dryfruit (chopped)
  • 2 pinch Kesar

Method

  1. Boil milk in  pan for 20 min on slow flame.
  2. Add rice in this milk.
  3. After 10 min add cardamon powder kesar and dry fruit.
  4. Now check the rice in the kheer if they are tender then add condense milk and sugar
  5. Boil this for another 5-10 min.
  6. Refigrate this for 1-2 hours and Serve this cold.
