- 1 lit Milk
- 1/2 Glass Rice
- 200gm condense milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamon powder
- 1/2 cup Mix Dryfruit (chopped)
- 2 pinch Kesar
- Boil milk in pan for 20 min on slow flame.
- Add rice in this milk.
- After 10 min add cardamon powder kesar and dry fruit.
- Now check the rice in the kheer if they are tender then add condense milk and sugar
- Boil this for another 5-10 min.
- Refigrate this for 1-2 hours and Serve this cold.
