Recipe of Sabudane Ki Kheer

Serves 3-4
Ingredients
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sago
  • 1 tbsp Cashew nut
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon Saffron
Method
  1. Wash and drain sago and add to milk.
  2. Boil till milk thickens.Add sugar to the milk.
  3. Cook on medium heat stirring continuously, till thick.
  4. Dissolve saffron in hot milk.Add this with cashew nuts and raisins in kheer.
  5. Serve the cool sabudane kheer .
