- 21/2 cup khoya
- 21/2 cup sugar powder
- 1-2 tablespoon Ghee
- 8-10 cardamon (powder)
- Heat ghee in any heavy bottom pan
- Add khoya in this and saute on medium flame till khoya turn into brown color.
- Now keep this aside till hot khoya cool down.
- Now add sugar and cardamon powder in this khoya.
- Make small balls of this mixture and coat this one more time with dry sugar powder.
