Recipe of Making Veggie Sub Sandwich In Your Own Style

Serves 3-4
Before telling you the ingredients,  I would like to tell you that you can add or miss any of these ingredients according to your own choice.
Ingredient
  • 1 Italian loaf
  • 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 slice jalapenos
  • 3 slice olives
  • 1/2 slice tomato
  • 1/2 slice onion
  • 1/2 slice capsicum
  • 1/2 slice cucumber
  • 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon green chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Method
  1. Cut bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Combine butter, garlic, oregano and pepper;Heat this in microwave for 3-4 seconds on High; brush this on cut sides of bread top and bottom
  3. On the bottom half, layer lettuce, tomatoes, onion, capsicum, cucumber, jalapenos and olives.
  4. Now put all the sauce according to your taste.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap; refrigerate.
