- 250gm Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt according to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder(optional)
- Milk according to Requirement.
- Cut mozzarella into thick sticks.
- Heat oil in wok or pan.
- Make a thick batter of flour corn flour oregano and salt with milk and little bit of water.
- Deep cheese sticks in this batter and deep fry them in hot oil.
- Serve them hot with sauce or dip of your choice.
