- 2 Potato
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 packet maggi masala
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Wash and peel potato and cut them in fries shape.
- Take them in a bowl and add cornflour Maggie masala and salt.(do not add water in this mixture as potato will release their own water when u add salt).
- Now deep fry them in hot oil.
- Serve this with dip of your own choice.
