Recipe of Moong Dal Ki Kichidi

Serve 3-4
Ingredients:-
  • 1/4 cup Rice
  • 1/2 cup Moong Dal
  • 1/4 tsp Jerra
  • pinch of Hing
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Method:-
  1. Heat ghee in a Pressure cooker.
  2. Add hing and jeera in this ghee.
  3. Add washed rice and dal with salt and pepper.
  4. Add 21/2 glass of water( if u want thick consistency then u can add 2 glass of water)in cooker.
  5. Pressure cook this till 2-3 vessels or 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
