Ruchika Bhasin
Serves 4-5 persons
Ingredients:
- Amul Cheese processed 50gm
- Boiled Potato 2-3
- Bread Slices 6
- Salt according to taste
- Black paper ½ teaspoon
- Oregano (optional) ½ teaspoons
- Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Mash boil potato and add shredded cheese into boil potatoes.
- Take water in big pan and dip bread slice into this water and immediately squeeze out all the water from bread.
- Add these wet slices of bread into potato mixture.
- Add all the dry masala and make a dough with this mixture.
- Make small balls with this dough and deep fry them in hot oil.
- If balls are breaking down then add more bread to these balls.
- Serve these balls with chutney or sauce of your choice.
