Recipe for Cheese Balls

Serves 4-5 persons

Ingredients:

  • Amul Cheese processed 50gm
  • Boiled Potato 2-3
  • Bread Slices 6
  • Salt according to taste
  • Black paper ½ teaspoon
  • Oregano (optional) ½ teaspoons
  • Oil for deep frying
Method:

  1. Mash boil potato and add shredded cheese into boil potatoes.
  2. Take water in big pan and dip bread slice into this water and immediately squeeze out all the water from bread.
  3. Add these wet slices of bread into potato mixture.
  4. Add all the dry masala and make a dough with this mixture.
  5. Make small balls with this dough and deep fry them in hot oil.
  6. If balls are breaking down then add more bread to these balls.
  7. Serve these balls with chutney or sauce of your choice.
