Recipe for Mutter Makhani Korma

Serves 4-5 people
Ingredients
  • Butter                 1 cup
  • Mutter                1 cup
  • Khoya                1 cup
  • Malai                  ½ cup
  • Small illachi       1
  • Tej pata              1 pc
  • Refined oil         1 ½ tablespoon
  • Green chilly        2
  • Onion paste       2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato paste    2
  • Red chilly powder ½ teaspoon
  • Salt                     1 teaspoon
  • Corriander powder ½ teaspoon
  • Garam masala ½ teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
  • Khus khus ka paste 2 spoon
  • Green corriander fine chopped
Method
  1. Heat ½ tablespoon of oil in cooker.
  2. Add tej pata, illachi and butter. Sauté this for 1 minutes.
  3. Add mutter into this and 1 cup of water.
  4. Now keep the flame of gas high till ½ vessel.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan.
  6. Add onion paste in a pan and sauté this for 1 min , add ginger garlic paste and sauté this for 2-3 minutes.
  7. When this onion turns into golden brown, add tomato paste.
  8. Add all the dry masala into this.
  9. When oil gets separate from masala, add khus ka paste.
  10. Slow down the flame of gas.
  11. Then add khoya and sauté this for 2 min then add malai into this and again sauté this for 2-3 minutes.
  12. Then add cooker wala prepration in this then add ½ cup of water into this prepration and mix it well.
  13. Leave this on slow for 2-3 minutes.
  14. Serve this hot with green corriander garnishing.
