Recipe Of Kadai Paneer

Serves 4-5 people
Ingredients:
  • Paneer 250gms
  • Onion 5
  • Ginger 1inch
  • Garlic 4-5
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Capsicum 2
  • Refined oil 2 table spoon
  • Khoya ½ cup
  • Cream ¾ cup
  • Kasoori methi 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder ½ teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cashew paste 1 tablespoon
Method
  1. Put 1 tablespoon oil in pan and saute diced onion diced paneer and diced capcicum in this oil.
  2. Cook this for 2 min then keep it separate.
  3. Take 1 tablespoon oil again in different pan.
  4. Saute onion ginger garlic paste and saute till onion get brown.
  5. Then put tomato puree into this and all dry masala. 
  6. After that put khoya and saute khoya in masala for 2 more minutes.
  7. Put cashew paste in this masala and saute again for 1 minutes.
  8. Then put paneer in this masala and mix it well.
  9. Then put cream in this prepration and make this for 1-2 minutes.
  10. After that put 1 cup of water.
  11. Make this for 3-4 min on slow gas.
  12. Garnish this with fresh green coriander.
